Meet Burbo, the third Trbojevic.
That’s probably not his actual nickname, but Ben Trbojevic – younger brother of Tom and Jake – was drafted into the Future Blues squad run by Brydens Lawyers NSW Blues coach Brad Fittler and the NSWRL over the past two days.
He’s ticked plenty of junior representative boxes having donned the NSW jersey at U16 and 18 level and was recently signed to the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles for the next two years.
Ben was tasked with his first major press conference at the Blues camp, where he hilariously answered questions about who he likes more out of Tom and Jake.
“I reckon Tom,” he said.
“He’s a bit more relaxed, Jake is more intense.
“Jake is always onto me, whatever I do he’s always like, ‘What are you doing that for?’
When asked who his playing style replicates, the answer was no different.
“Probably like Tom because I’m a back, Jake is more in the middle doing the hard stuff and I like doing what a centre does.”
